This week has been an up and down kind of week. You may remember that I workout at 7 AM every weekday morning, and that I don't do well when my schedule is thrown off. Well this was my week to drive the carpool for my kids and a couple of other neighborhood kids to school, which starts at 7:20. This meant that I couldn't exercise at 7:00. A few drinks is what’s missing from a healthy you!
At least according to a 20 year study of 12,000 people. The Denmark study, as published in Time Magazine, found that exercise and drinking alcohol each independently benefited the heart but even more so when practiced together. Becoming A Healthy Eater Being a healthy eater requires you to become both educated and smart about what healthy eating actually is. Being food smart isn't about learning to calculate grams or fat, or is it about studying labels and counting calories. Healthy eating is all about balanced and moderate eating, consisting of healthy meals at least three times per day.
